Natural Diuretic and Laxative

Tea is a natural diuretic, especially Green Tea. Drink tea 7-10 days before you are due to start your menstrual cycle to help with water retention (edema). Iced or Hot.

Coffee is a natural laxative and is beneficial in the relief of constipation. Drink one cup of coffee to help soften the stools.
